Tractebel Engineering is a global engineering consultancy company with more than 100 years of expertise in energy and infrastructure projects. Tractebel Engineering’s services cover the whole lifecycle of these projects, from feasibility studies to decommissioning.
Assignment
The objective of the assignment is to implement the PROMISE project in all Tractebel plants all over the world. PROMISE project stands for “Project Management Information System for Engineering” (SAP modules FI, PS, CO & SD). The project started in 2008 and is still ongoing.
Role of the consultant
The job of our consultant is the end-to-end management of the project to make sure it has a successful ending.
Impact of the assignment on the organisation
This is a crucial assignment. Its goal is to make the Tractebel processes more efficient. Therefore it is directly monitored and sponsored by the CFO and HR Director.
